Solana Beach Transit Project | Solana Beach, California

This Project initially started a competition between our team and several other large national and international firms.

Our team consisted of my firm collaborating with FER Studio and Torgen Johnson Design.

The project consists of a large 5 acre site adjacent to the existing train station located in the heart of the city.  The mixed use program includes retail, creative office space, restaurants, a mixture of multi family housing, as well as a 1200 space parking structure.
