This desert home flips the typical concept of home in the US and creates a void or coutyard in the center as opposed to a typical residence with a living room dining and kitchen at the center thus creating and inside out relationship throughout the house.

In this way, the courtyard becomes the central living space and the spaces of the house frame and interact with that central courtyard space.
