This Competition entry was designed for a Graphic Arts Museum to be located on the St Croix River Valley just east of the Minneapolis - St Paul Area.

​

The concept was to not only display the graphic arts but that the building would become the graphic arts display.......somewhere between graphic arts and grafitti.
